"Our journey with Tamera started several months ago and she has been there every step of the way! I highly recommend Tamera for the buying or selling of your home. We lived in a very small old home. My husband and I were very unsure on what path to take. Do we update and add on to what we have, do we buy a existing home, or do we buy land and build?After many days of our family driving around looking at different options and doing some soul searching we came across a home in the county that we could see yourselves living in. The property had been vacant for a long length of time and we were very curious about it. I did some research and found Tamera's name as a past realtor to the property. It was a Saturday afternoon and on a whim I decided to contact her. I guess you could say the rest is history! We talked for some time. We had such a nice visit as if we knew each other for years. (I think I just really needed someone to talk to.) Tamera was very upfront about the disclosures on the home. It was because of her honesty my husband and I decided to move forward and pursue Tamera to help us sell our home. Upon her arrival I anticipated having to make a decision right then and there about listing our home and for what price. I could not have been more wrong. There was absolutely no pressure what so ever. We visited, she suggested options and left the ball totally in our court. She did mention a new build home that got our attention. She laid it out in terms that made sense to us. At that point we decided to commit to the buy of a new build! There were a lot of highs and lows to selling our home. Situations that were out of our and Tamera's control. She was by our side thru out. At times she would be on the other end of the line just listening to me vent. (THANK YOU TAMERA!)
